Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer shall intimate to the Commissioner of Food Safety, in Form G and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of three thousand rupees.
