Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the arbitral institution shall apply to the Mediation Council in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Mediation Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
