Surrender of certificate.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of a visa applicant shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Citizenship Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form X of the manner in which every register of foreigners held by him has been disposed of.
