Intimation of change.—Every limited liability partnership shall intimate to the Official Liquidator, in Form AOC-4 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Official Liquidator shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
