Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in milk shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
