Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered priest shall apply to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
