Intimation of change.—Every producer company shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies, in Form MGT-7 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Companies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
