Regulation 2, CCI (Forms of Producer companies) Regulations, 2014 [SDY-4H0]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Competition Act, 2003 (12 of 2003); (b) "producer company" means a person carrying on the business of a producer company; (c) "statement of affairs" means a statement of affairs received, held or disposed of by a producer company in the course of the business of a producer company; (d) "Form ADT-1" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
