Application for registration.—Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application for registration to the Board of Revenue in Form 7, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every khasra held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
