Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any collector of biological resources dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Karnataka in Form V, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample of effluent then held; and the Government of Karnataka shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
