Application for registration.—Every collector of biological resources carrying on the collection of biological resources shall make an application for registration to the Government of Karnataka in Form I, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of consents held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
