Application for registration.—Every arbitral award debtor carrying on the satisfaction of an arbitral award shall make an application for registration to the Chairperson of the Council in Form H, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every notice of arbitration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
