Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a pilgrimage who ceases to carry on the conduct of a pilgrimage shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every entry ticket held by him has been disposed of.
