Surrender of certificate.—Every limited guardian who ceases to carry on the guardianship of a person with disability shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every grievance held by him has been disposed of.
