Application for registration.—Every limited guardian carrying on the guardianship of a person with disability shall make an application for registration to the Government of Haryana in Form VIII, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every roster held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
