Fees.—The fee of one hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Board of Trustees by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 10; and the Board of Trustees shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
