Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009); (b) "brewer" means a person carrying on the working of a brewery; (c) "stock register" means a stock register received, held or disposed of by a brewer in the course of the working of a brewery; (d) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
