Intimation of change.—Every operator of a waste treatment facility shall intimate to the Chief Wild Life Warden, in Form IV and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
