Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a waste treatment facility shall apply to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
