Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a waste treatment facility dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form III, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of consents then held; and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
