Application for registration.—Every operator of an online education platform carrying on the imparting of education by electronic means shall make an application for registration to the Director of Education in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every attendance register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
