Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of an online education platform who ceases to carry on the imparting of education by electronic means shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Education in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every attendance register held by him has been disposed of.
