Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of an online education platform shall apply to the Director of Education in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Director of Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
