Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the aggregator shall apply to the Controlling Authority in Form 10 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Controlling Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
