Application for registration.—Every holder of a photography permit carrying on photography at a protected monument shall make an application for registration to the Director of Tourism in Form IV, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every antiquity held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
