Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a photography permit dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Tourism in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every conservation plan then held; and the Director of Tourism shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
