Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a photography permit shall apply to the Director of Tourism in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Director of Tourism shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
