Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of an early warning system shall apply to the State Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the State Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
