Intimation of change.—Every consignor shall intimate to the Registrar of Warehouses, in Form B and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Warehouses shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
