Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Securities Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the Deputy Controller of Insurance, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Securities Appellate Tribunal; and where the Deputy Controller of Insurance having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form IRDA-6 within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
