Rule 4, Revenue and Disaster Management Department (Senior Civil Defence Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2014 [SDW-S9Y]

Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Senior Civil Defence Officer in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall be by promotion, failing which by direct recruitment; the age limit for direct recruits shall be twenty-five years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a Bachelor's degree from a recognised University with three years' experience in the relevant field.
