Safe custody.—Every licensee of a village bus stand shall keep every tax receipt to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a village bus stand is carried on, shall record in Form 4 the description of every tax receipt so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Director of Panchayats within sixty days of the close of each year.
