Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a village bus stand who ceases to carry on the running of a village bus stand shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Panchayats in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every register of buildings held by him has been disposed of.
