Application for registration.—Every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall make an application for registration to the Director of Panchayats in Form 1, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every assessment register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
