Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the athlete shall apply to the Agency in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Agency shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
