Intimation of change.—Every keeper of animals within the municipal limits shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form F and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
