Safe custody.—Every distribution licensee shall keep every installation to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the distribution of electricity is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every installation so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Grievance Redressal Forum within fifteen days of the close of each year.
