Intimation of change.—Every procuring entity shall intimate to the Public Accounts Committee, in Form GFR 25 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Public Accounts Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
