Surrender of certificate.—Every tenant who ceases to carry on the occupation of premises shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rent Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every escrow account held by him has been disposed of.
