Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a swimming pool who ceases to carry on the running of a swimming pool shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every certificate of recognition held by him has been disposed of.
