Surrender of certificate.—Every translator empanelled by the court who ceases to carry on the translation of documents for the court shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the High Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every summons held by him has been disposed of.
