Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any air traffic controller dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form CA-3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every flight then held; and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
