Correction of entries.—The Public Accounts Committee may, on an application made in Form GFR 12-A by any guarantee holder or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than forty-five days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
