Application for registration.—Every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall make an application for registration to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form VII, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
