Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer shall intimate to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise, in Form H and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Deputy Commissioner of Excise shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
