Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer shall intimate to the Excise Commissioner, in Form C and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Excise Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
