Intimation of change.—Every proprietor of a shooting range shall intimate to the Chief Controller of Explosives, in Form V and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
