Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government shall apply to the Grievance Redressal Authority in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Grievance Redressal Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
