Periodical return.—Every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall furnish to the Director of Fire Services, within three days of the close of each year, a return in Form B of every plan received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for seven days from the date on which it is furnished.
