Clause 2, Disaster Management (Hazard map Control) Order, 2013 [SDT-W45]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005); (b) "contractor for relief works" means a person carrying on the execution of relief works; (c) "register of shelters" means a register of shelters received, held or disposed of by a contractor for relief works in the course of the execution of relief works; (d) "Form B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
